| 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM | Welcome & Detox Yoga | Gentle asanas and breathing to activate the lymphatic system and release toxins. |
| 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM | Satwik Breakfast | Herbal tea, detox porridge, and fruits. |
| 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Mind De-Stress Workshop | Guided mindfulness, Ho’oponopono, and self-healing techniques. |
| 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM | Ayurvedic Body Detox Session | Herbal oil therapy, self-massage training, and healing mud therapy. |
| 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM | Satwik Lunch & Rest | Wholesome Ayurvedic meal prepared with organic ingredients. |
| 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Nature Walk & Meditation in Garden | Meditative walk around the Ashram grounds and farm visit with cow feeding (Sewa). |
| 4:15 PM – 5:30 PM | Sound Healing & Mantra Chanting | Healing with mantras, singing bowls, and deep vibrational therapy. |
